Appointments

All members of the practice team take part in the Protected Learning Time initiative. This means that the practice may be closed on one afternoon per month for training purposes. During this time, patients may use the services of NHS Direct and NOOH (Out of Hours).

Consultations are by appointment only.

Please inform us as soon as possible of you wish to cancel or are unable to keep an appointment.

For urgent medical attention, we have appointments daily. Please telephone the surgery as soon after 8.00am as possible. We cannot guarantee you will be allocated an appointment with your own doctor. Please be aware that if you have several problems you may be asked to make a further routine appointment to deal with all problems adequately.

Home Visits

If you feel you have an illness that necessitates a home visit, please phone the surgery and a doctor may contact you before attending.

Visits are at the Doctors discretion.

Please telephone before 10.30am whenever possible because this enables the doctors to plan their rounds.
